I decided to carry out an experiment and log four street improvement reports on 21/04/2026 to see if they appeared on the site. ### Report 1 - Zebra Crossing on North Street This is a screenshot of the screen where I logged the suggestion. ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/7e/00/7e00f3c6-351e-48d6-a922-14b85820294b/content/images/2026/06/image-62.png) This report appeared on the map a few days later. When the South Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood consultation was carried out there were a number of suggestions similar to this one, but a Cycle Lane as this end of Coronation Road was never proposed as part of the SBLN. ### Report 4 - Adjust Timings on Gaol Ferry Bridge Crossings ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/7e/00/7e00f3c6-351e-48d6-a922-14b85820294b/content/images/2026/06/image-66.png) This report **did not appear** on the map. Perhaps it was not logged because it was a suggestion to increase the timings on the pedestrian crossing to reduce the traffic congestion at this point. We have not idea what the impact this has on pollution levels as BCC do not record pollution levels on this main road in the CAZ. Perhaps this could be implemented as part of the SBLN proposals in order to make it safer for pedestrians to use this bridge. Why are BCC censoring some street improvement suggestions and ignoring ones that are logged when they show clear demand for simple safety improvements?
