Danger - Asbestos Alert

A story was published in Bristol Live on 21/03/2025:
Hazardous waste left dumped on Bristol pavement because it was 'too dangerous to clear up'
A councillor (Tim Kent) has reported his own council to the Health & Safety Executive for breaching public safety laws.
I decided to do some analysis on the reporting of Asbestos fly tipping and this is what I found.
There have been 40 reports of Asbestos dumping since 2020, but so far in 2025 there have already been 16 reports.

Of the 16 reports so far in 2025, 5 are in Eastville and 5 in Hengrove & Whitchurch Park Wards. Other wards have only had 1 report each.

Of these 16 reports, only 3 have been Fixed.

Where issues have an outcome of "No Further Action" it is because of these possible reasons.
Our team has investigated and found that resolving this issue does not fall under the responsibility of Bristol Waste, or we are unable to address this problem for health and safety reasons at this time. This might be because the issue is on private property, or because it is located in an inaccessible area.
The oldest report has been active for 48 days.

Here are some details for the most recent reports.

This analysis implies there is a growing problem of Asbestos Dumping in Bristol, and that Bristol Waste are not able to deal with these issues in a timely manner.
